XTRACE SYSTEMS delivers two new Kill line systems

Over the past six months, xTrace Systems Ltd has successfully deployed xTrace.app abattoir solutions across two abattoir sites—delivering smarter, more connected operations in the process.

John M Munro Ltd

At John M. Munro’s facility in Scotland, our kill line system was successfully integrated with the existing livestock management system, replacing outdated data capture hardware and software. In parallel, abattoir data was seamlessly integrated into our factory MES platform, which has been operational since 2021.

Munro’s is a medium-sized, multi-species site processing beef, lamb, pigs, and goats.

This project was delivered through close collaboration between XTrace Systems and our UK hardware partners, Inspiron Systems Ltd.

The Munro’s XTrace system now provides end-to-end coverage of production, from livestock receipt through to final despatch.

Melton Meat Ltd

At Melton Meat Ltd, a small lamb and goat abattoir in Leicestershire, an ageing kill line system was replaced with the new XTrace Kill Line System. The solution was further extended to include XTrace’s livestock payment and abattoir invoicing modules.
